In the morning, around 7:00 am, after breakfast, check out from your hotel. Your driver will pick you up in an air-conditioned vehicle for your journey to Siwa. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel for check-in and time to relax. Afterward, enjoy a walking tour of Siwa Market where you can shop for unique souvenirs. Next, visit the historic Shali Citadel. After the tour, return to your hotel in Siwa for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, your Bedouin guide will pick you up from your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle for a full day of sightseeing. Start with a visit to the magical salt lakes, also known as Siwa Pool, where you can swim in the healing, mineral-rich waters that locals believe have spiritual and therapeutic benefits. Then, explore the ancient necropolis at the Mountain of the Dead (Gebel Al-Mawta), home to hundreds of tombs with fascinating inscriptions. Continue to the Temple of Alexander the Great, also known as the Temple of Amun, where Alexander the Great consulted the oracle. Next, visit Cleopatra’s Pool (Ein Guba), a spring-fed pool surrounded by palm trees, believed to be the site where Cleopatra bathed. Finally, head to Fatnas Island (Fantasy Island), a perfect spot to relax and enjoy stunning sunset views of the salt lake. Afterward, return to your hotel in Siwa for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, your driver will transfer you back to Cairo in an air-conditioned vehicle.
At around 7:00 am, your driver will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo for a 5-hour journey to Bahariya Oasis. Upon arrival, enjoy a delicious lunch. Afterward, embark on a jeep safari through the Black Desert, known for its volcanic mountains that create a surreal landscape. You’ll have the opportunity to climb the soft peaks and capture incredible photos. Visit the village of El Hez and the cold spring before continuing your adventure to the Crystal Mountain and Aqapat area, two highlights of the White Desert. Explore the mushroom-shaped rock formations in the old white desert and the stunning limestone formations in the new white desert. End the day by setting up camp for a Bedouin dinner and an unforgettable night under the stars.
After a sunrise breakfast, enjoy your final morning in the desert. If you missed anything on Day 1, you can revisit sites before heading back to Cairo. Your driver will be ready to take you back to your hotel.
